You may want to open a service request and include a screen shot of the computer hosting the database. Start >computer>right click properties. A screen shot of your installed applications Start >Control Panel >Programs and Features (large enough to show all installed applications). Then pick one POS machine and do the same which would be 4 screen shots in the case when you create it. Ramy is absolutely correct, my guess is there is a network printer somewhere in this configuration, third party security, a usb hub between the POS machine and the attached devices. Microsoft recommends you work with Microsoft Partners for setup, configuration and troubleshooting first. If after a year the issue hasn't been resolved for you, I'd let the professionals at the support desk take over from here or contact your partner.
