Here are the nuts and bolts of the process
PO's are stored by default in C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Retail Management System\Store Operations\ReceiptTemplates. They are xml files called PO.xml, PORcv.xml and POXfr.xml. You can modify these by editing the xml file.
You link what particular custom PO file you wrote in Store Operations Administrator, File --> Configuration --> Templates
Quotes can be edited by editing the receipt.xml file found in C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Retail Management System\Store Operations\ReceiptTemplates. Once edited, the receipt needs to be imported into the RMS database.
You link this by loading Store Operations Manager, Database --> Registers --> Receipt Formats, Properties, importing into the Quotes field.
Actually editing the xml files can be challenging. Experience, trial and error, and examining what Microsoft has done in the default receipts will be your guide
