I have a question about an issue when viewing HQ Detailed Sales Report. When I view HQ detailed sales report for one of 3 stores, it doesn't show one of the sold item's department, category, item, description (as highlighted in yellow in the image below). This only happens once in a week or two and only for this particular store. When I view the SO detailed sales report at the store level, the report correctly shows the missing description, item, category, & department. So, I'm guessing something gets messed up when the data are uploaded to the HQ level. However, all my worksheets show that there were no errors.
So I searched this forum, hoping to find the solution. I tried,
"Select * from transactionentry where storeid = 3 and transactionnumber = '4650' at HQ Administrator.
The result (the following image) shows the sold item with the issue having ItemId as 0 (circled with orange). I checked other items with the same issue in other previous dates and they all show as ItemID as 0 here.
What is the problem and how can I fix it please?
