RMS HQ and store databases have a table called "Customers". Data in this table is only as good as the data entered at the store (POS or backoffice).
You can run canned RMS reports from the reports menu (no address in the canned RMS reports, but you can customize the report to include any column in the table) or run SQL on the tables to get what was entered in your system. (Run SQL queries from HQ Administrator.)
