Hello,
We have a client using RMS they have Retail Realm Mobility Inventory Program. The hand held they have is Unitech HT682. When the device is in the cradle it connect fine. Once the device is removed the connection is stopped to the Mobility Inventory Program. The hand held can connect to the internet and can see the workstations, but will not reconnect out of the cradle. We have tested with the firewalls turned off with the same results.
Any Ideas?
